Our Raw Data product consists of four csv files - the basic details for each property, like name, location, status etc., the calendar availability, the price per date and the review scores trend, all for the month you have selected. Navigate to the pricing section from where you can download our examples.
You can buy the raw data or custom report for as many properties as you want. The difference is that the raw data will always be delievered to you in 4 csv files - basic details, calendar, price and score reviews. On the ther hand, the custom report can be made only for single property. So if you buy 5 custom reports for 5 properties you will get 5 HTML and 5 PDF files, a pair for each property.

Our Custom Property Report is a report that is created for clients who do not want or do not have the time to create, process the raw data and fetch the best information from it. The report consists of a summary page, calendar analysis, price analysis and score review analysis throughout the month selected. It comes in two file formats - HTML and PDF so it can serve different needs. Navigate to the pricing section from where you can download our examples.
That really depends on your case. If you are a user that does not understand data or building reports, analysis and graphs, or you are a host that wants to rent out a property, we recommend you to purchase the custom report. If you are an analyst or have a knowledge of managing data and extracting information from it, the raw data will be enough for you.
We do not want to charge our customers for something we do not have. For that reason we have the Coverage page. From there you can see whether your property of interest is in our database. If not, then we do not have data for it. However, if you place an order without checking and we do not have the data, you will be charged. Please reach out to us in such cases.
Usually a report generation fails due to missing data. However, it is possible that we did not think of some scenario and there is no handling at the backend. Order will have status 'Failed' if one or more of the reports in that order have failed. Please reach out to us at contact@abnbdata.com so we can investigate and help you through!

ABNBData was created by a host that wanted to research his competition in the suburb. With hundreds of properties in his city, he needed something that is quickly readable, focused on the main points of each airbnb property and easy to get.

What we are trying is to provide as detailed as possible market information for a given airbnb property, or city, in a report that is no longer than a few pages. We believe that time is one of the most valuable resources and that data can be overwhelming when it is too much.
